Some senior manager is not good for company. He runs company on its own way without any loop in HRD. Promotion decided by not for workforce it's decided by whose one is favourite guy of senior manager.

Here already working working senior employees below ssc &iti completed candidates is they are all company chairman man community candidate here ssc person also assistant manager, maintenance manager, senior manager also is this company present cader chart. here conducted interviews formality education candidate time waste,only to show govt ap we recruit number of candidates this, with out transport so many young employees spoiled life due to accident.duty time 8hrs said doing 12hrs this company packing plant history only

My job is secured. The company paid full salaries even during the COVID-19.

1. No benefits or perks for you 2. Work From Home is not available 3. No defined KRAs 4. It feels like you're working with Government led Employees. 5. Minute scope of learning. All the company would want is excel sheets. 6. Risk appetite to experiment is really low

Teammates are good, Training level need to maintained individual analysis, Job security is good, Carrer growth depends upon your manager, salary appraisal normal 5-10 % on previous CTC, travel own vehicle, Politics is normal, Learning nothing need to learn the additional course my own, work environment is good,
