New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Nothing really!

CCI systems employ Indian folks because they get cheaper labors, they have been firing folks in the US, and hiring more in India! Some employees are making the environment very less friendly to work with - one such example is Jay Modi - an overqualified underpaid employee who has no technical competency but a thirst for micromanagement. I have never seen such a nincompoop manager, all he does is threaten engineers under him, and extract everything from them - he makes people sit for 12+ hours and makes them work!

Work life balance, no more than 8 hours work even we are in work at home, Good opportunity now to become promoted

Dislikes

Some indian supervisors bringing the team culture down, we follow a well professional manner here, but some of them are just showing partiality behaviour and ego clashes with teammates.
