Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). Management is really helpful. Work life balance us unmatched to any other company, it's on top, I can say. Learning curve is limited. Seniors and colleagues are good, if you get a right team. No cafeteria, no food only chai. Flexibility yo work from home and get a chance to visit on site if you wish or vice versa. Overall, If you want to explore, you can work day and night. If you want to sit on bench, you can do that as well.

Job security - Good

No hike. No food. No cafeteria. No indoor games or extra curricular activities. No gym. Not a steep learning curve. Not a great infrastructure.
