...m only. Here food also not good. There is no gym and recreation hall for others. Salary increase also not here yearly and there is not any standard for salary increase like 5 percent or 10 percent of basic . Here QS inspector get 50 riyal increase or 100 riyal increase like that.

ONLY ONE DRAWBACK OF THIS COMPANY IS THAT LEAVE POLICY. YOU WILL GET ANNUAL VACATION ON TIME BUT VERY FEW DAYS. ANY ONE HAVE TOO MUCH COMMITMENTS WHEN YOU ARE GOING VACATION . IF YOU ARE GOING AFTER ONE YEAR AND GOT ONLY 30 DAYS LEAVE. IT IS NOT ENOUGH FOR YOUR COMMITMENT. LIKE ME, I REQUEST FOR VACATION AFTER 13 MONTHS FOR MY WEDDING AND GOT ONLY 40 DAYS VACATION, HOW IT IS POSSIBLE TO MANAGE WITHIN 40 DAYS WHEN YOU ARE GOING 10 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING. BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO PREPARE EVERY THING.

Poor Accomodation. Small shared room, water quality no good. Common bathroom. Low quality food Lebanese discrimination. Except them all are TCN regardless of education and technical qualifications.
