Inflated Package with too low in hand salary. Politics, Zero growth and current job culture makes it a vulnerable place to work.

Area managers are just telecaller. Never come to market only come if there is any higher manager will visit to the territory.

The schemes scheme construction. Because they should give scheme from starting date to end of the month. There should not be any closer of scheme in middle of the month & then again extend the scheme. This makes hurdles to communicate scheme to dealers.
