...l give either food for 2 sessions or food allowance, but nothing is happened. My salary was fixed 3K lessar than what I was getting in previous company. They attracted me by saying about incentive.

Incentives will be only one good thing about this company but you won't get exactly what you dreamt for !!!

If you are ready to join this company you should definitely ask for the salary as 35k for freshers and if you are experienced go for 40-50k. Coz you will definitely loose your personal time. The work starts and 9am and ends at 10pm mostly. Never believe forgn tours coz at end it will be for managers and people who work here for 5 years . Lakhs and lakhs of incentive you can earn This will be their mantra Till now I had done 33 crore as net sale and I received only 42+30k as incentive They will force you to take gross sales And end this will only happen Once there was a company called byjus they reached sky and had a great fall Soon casagrand will be one among them Coz they scam more Even to you aftr you join Good luck if you are joining after this One day you will regret

The only thing I like was perks and benefits of the company we can earn more than our salary like incentives bonus ot allowance mrng brkfst foreign trips etc etc

They don't even respect our personal space. We don't get any emergency leaves of even planned leaves. We are not allowed to logout Even after 9pm though it was a tele caller wrk the whole pressure burden put on ours only.

Every thing MD Arun sir is a good person but he dont know what exactly happeing in hyd zone i have personal experience in hyd Telemarketing please dont join in Telemarketing that is the worst team and there rohini who is team leader for Telemarketing we should not talk anything if we face any issue and she will send not send any warning mail but she will tell to manager that she has already send warning mail to us and we will be terminated and manager will also not talk with us they will blindly trust team leader untill rohini will move out that company hyd Telemarketing team should search for new employee for every 3 months bcoz nobody like to work with her
