Management is followed very poor wok of ethics.management need to replace with new team.all the top most position holder in this organisation are very bad and they don't thik of workers.

Very poor wok of ethics Salary is also low.the tell you in interview your salary is 18000 per month but in hand is about 10000 They count employee pf and employer pf in your ctc and in the name of diwali bonus they gives your money to you not extra 1 ruppe.its like they use our money in company growth for whole year and gives back of interest money of us and they take all interest of our hard earned money They don't have job security at low level workers

In this company, you have to do all the work through mobile and with walking customers, but there is a lot of confusion and you have to coordinate with many people.

There is no job security in this company, you can be fired from your job at any time and senior people have a lot of influence.

Nothing good here only dirty politics managers don't know the what is the products And some join recently they making their own rules and no use for management decision guy's pls don't join here no one recognize you and work i was west my time and energy

Company profile is limited but contractor is very bad it's very difficult to handle. Because not employee take any decision company contactor take decision it's bad and worst experience in this company.
