...sn't give week off to associate s and then complaint when they leave the system. You are asked to work on festivals n holidays and take double pay. Also being in HR you are asked to come to office on weekends too roster wise mentioning one HR person should be there on the floor.

Toxic Culture, Favoritism, Partiality, Dirty Politics, Work Place Affairs affecting Business, Unprofessional language during reviews with senior leadership, No work life balance, Weekends also get consumed.

...hobbies, NEVER ever think of this company. Unless your jobless, give its a pass. In fact, if you do not have EMIs to pay have some bank balance, better be jobless for some days than joining this hell.

TL or manager behavior is not good and not understanding the staff problem and issues. They never trust you and always keep on doubts upon you. And appraisal is not done properly as per your expectations. They are very much selfish.
