I work at Cars24, my salary has been cut without any reason, and by the way, I have been terminated. The General Manager and HR of the company abused me and said that you cannot do anything

I have worked religiously with the company for 11 months. Suddenly I have recieved a call that, from tommorow you don't need to come to office. Same happened with my 13-14 colleagues. Overall working with cars24 was good but in terms of job security. I would like to give poor. Management doesn't judge you by perfomance, they judge you by your source and authority.

Good work environment and culture.There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling. Company policies are good

On the job training is not given to new joinees. Salary is decent but career growth is slow .

Work life balance,job security -depends up on manager ,no proper management as no difference in between salary of a telecaller and retail Executive. Imp part is their is no appreciate or no respect even u r a good performer, only they need their monthly basis target.
