1. Uneducated managers 2.Poor Salary increment 3. Will send you on site/ Offshore for long tilme. Your social life will hamper badly. 4. No work life balance. 5. No proper training is given. 6. If you working on DD projects then you will have to wait till midnight for work. 7. Office and factory are way apart. sometimes you have to go to both locations on same day. 8. No PF. 9. No Health insuarance. and the list goes on.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
