Honestly speaking if someone joined all sounds professional otherwise all of them from owner to employee each one are chindi (third class)

They are holding approx 25 to 27 of employees' salary. After that, they can't even complete their paperwork on time they only sound professional, and other completely pathetic behavior they have. They are not genuine as a company they are frauds in terms of business and with employees also.

I recently completed my 2 years of journey in Cariva Technologies and it was amazing as my seniors were really supportive. The world class benefits provided by the company are really make it superior as Cariva Technologies always takes cares of employee's professional and personal growth. I learned AWS and ML etc. to improve my professional skills and also interaction with direct clients. Some other likes I felt here are: -competitive salaries and benefis. -Opportunities to work on cutting edge technology. -collaborative and supportive work environment. -strong company culture.

I have been with the company for several years, and i have noticed that communication between departments could be better. there are instances when projects are delayed due to miss communication also while the company offer growth opportunities. clearer paths for advancement would be appreciated. addressing these concerns would undoubtedly enhance the overall experience for employees. but overall i like the company's dedication towards the projects and encourages the new comers.
