The only bitter sweet thing is that there is not much interference in the work, because no one cares. So, one can perform tasks as and when they like.

...als, do not recognize work and commitment of employees. People are overburdened. Being in Noida branch I am doing all the managerial work alone at a executive level position and least salary because the company's director directly say that they do not have enough budget for Noida branch to keep another employee or to increase the salary of existing employees despite seeing a clear profit of 35 Lakhs just from Noida branch. This company is pathetic. They recently caused trouble to everyone by removing work from home policy at the same salary which is negligible and now when employees resign because they can't travel to office for this overburdened work so they don't even care who resigns or who stays. This is a terrible company and shame on Director Harihar Nath

1.There is no point where you could develop and learn new skills 2.No promotion and increment 3. Work life balance is biased based on the manager 4.Doesn't face any situation where you could use your skills (because there is no place/ dep where you could utilise your skills)

There are so many wonderful things about working for company. my favorite is probably the flexibility i have with my hours. i also love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone. A lot of employees love there jobs because it looks great on a resume and allows them to gain a lot of knowledge.

excellent teammate, Professional trainer, Can learn lots of things i.e. logistics planning, custom very acts and notification will be very easy for you to remember, handling with government officials etc. here you will learn to love work because office files will never comes in yours family timing and your children knows you as a good father i mean great time management and proper planning.
