It was a wonderful experience working with Carestream health as it was like a family atmosphere. Had a varied experience initially working as a service engineer in Bangalore & then moving to Delhi to become the regional service manager there & then come back to Chennai in the same position. Was instrumental in setting up the service team in North & achieving the service revenues year on year. South team was already there & with the team we scaled new heights & achieved our service budgets,

Dislikes

Nothing in particular. But Salary increments can be improved.

Leadership team is weak, zero leadership quality Investor just want to earn not to grow Though it is MNC work like Indian Bania mentality No trainings to employees for new skill sets No growth, Less Increments and benefits HR policies are keeps on changing affecting family life. Cost cut applicable only for support functions not for sales and business

Company Culture is good. Flexible timings. Managers are supportive. Work life balance.

Dislikes

No room for learning through company; you require to learn new things on your own. Internal politics. People conentrate on futile things. HR personalle are not so good and not inclined towards employees. No promotions or rewards for support teams.

People and culture is good and sales, accounts and operations team are very open, friendly and has a supportive culture.

Dislikes

Since 2024, they have cut down on benefits and stopped giving hikes. Promotions are very seldom and has turned into a micromanagement firm.

It was all nice in the start then came this very bad Manager Rajiv who wanted to treat the company like a dirty call centre where no one's jobs is secured all to show the higher ups that he is doing cost cutting by taking other people's job and securing his own

Dislikes

As I mentioned above... It was just this one person Rajiv and also the Human Resource is so involved with management that they don't listen to the real work force
