No clear direction. Loves buttering people only not real workers. They can do anything and everything for buttering people but can not listen the actually working people. Or they can listen if they feel that at the time they strongly need you to work with them. (In a selfish way) No value and respect for great inputs also.

If you can manage, you can take time out for studying etc or personal work.People are nice

Many things, but most importantly they don’t let you grow internally. They don’t do knowledge transfer, they don’t trust new employees. They try to limit your work and make you do only that much which they think they want and are not open to discuss your capacity.

Initially I was told to undergo three interviews here at Career Mosaic Company for BDM position role. Then, after that they selected me for this job role without even giving the Offer Letter. Then, comes they told me to come to Ahmedabad for the required training. Mainly, people who are working there especially Mayura { The travel desk lady}, Nirmal Thakore { VICE PRESIDENT}, ABHIJIT ZAVERI { MANAGING DIRECTOR}, AND NIMISHA SINGH RATHOD { SO CALLED HR} THEY ALL ARE ALL STUPID AND PATHETIC. They don't even know how to talk to any new joinees. We need to literally beg them for the Offer Letter. First of all, they don't even give you any training. Then, in the three days they expect you to learn all the 700+ Universities. I had faced a very bad experience joining this company for only the training period. Nirmal Thakore had told me that if I don't learn all the Universities names, he would be cancelling my flight as well. No organization does it like how Career Mosaic does. First of all they do everything, and then later backfire new joinees in this. Abhijeet Zaveri is not a good person at all, he thinks only of himself, and they never bother to listen to anything and they never seem to understand what you face. First they select you, then call you for the training and then see your caliber for this dirty job. If they don't see your worth they just directly say that it is because of the New Joinees behaviour they decide to not carry forward your employment and they deactivate the portal as well. They even take the rquired laptop and phone as well, and they don't inform you prior. Employees are pathetic and disgusting. " MY ADVISE TOO EVERYONE IS DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY" --- They will just give you peanuts and nothing else.
