Nothing .There is no such things to like except dislike .

Dislikes

There is no proper communication with employee .They are not giving the salary tk the company .Fake offer letter .They didn't provide the salary slip.Rude behaviour by the owner .No manner of talking with the employee .They only give false hope regarding incentive .No such things of incentive you will be lucky if you get your salary .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
