...r. It is an awesome place for beginners with a lot of technical things to learn. Salary and appraisals are not upto the mark. Otherwise a nice company to work in.

To be honest, its salary and compensation which is on lower end. And lack of HR policies and guidelines. Inavailability of HR in regional offices.

...Too much low salary in comparison to work load. Low increment at analyst level. No pay parity amongst the employees. Case execution preference over case process and understanding. Immediate senior level does not have the requisite of expertise in handling a team or a case.
