Training Process is not well, seniors are not supportive nature. And Job role and compensation policy is not clear because of some hidden policy like probation period salary and resignation process etc.

The remuneration is significantly high compared to industry and city. There is bonus which unimaginable but that is the only thing.

Dislikes

Hectic work culture, no balance, only politics, nepotism, favouritism. Filled with all family members of the top management. No policies framework, everything is as per suitability of the moment, whatever seems favourable to the management is final at any situation.
