Learning is amazing, and here you can experience that, from zero to Max upto which you can learn. They will provide you project now it's upto you how well you execute, you need to take lead initiative then only it's awesome or else they will throw you out within very less time, I was able to execute so they stand beside me those who were not able to didn't stand a chance to stay. So think before you join.

Personally, I really enjoyed working at Caprixa Control, I have a great mentor who is extremely helpful, here there is never work that is needed to be taken home, the company value well being but, because its is small there is no opportunity to grow your professional experience.
