...nday, bank holiday weekend and national holiday too. Very low pay out, no bonus Quarterly bonus equal to your monthly salary which will be divided in the quarters. Worst business strategy Seniors are not supportive and management take decision with thinking about his employees. There are so many issues like work-life balance., treat slave approach, act like capri global is the last company. You can't take your leave. There is always insecurity and uncertainty when you have lost your job, in the team they centralised power what they said is correct and others are wrong. False commitment in most scenarios. They torcher a lot. Wrong feedback to give head. Lots of politics. Lack of recognition of your work. Nepotism, lots of difference between talking And doing at the time of joining And later of joining....And many more. .. Everything is worst. Please do not join this company, your career will be ruined and you will be of no use.

1. No training at ground. Online zoom meeting training. 2. Frequently error in the submission of file or fee on its own portal. 3. Poor customer service and support. 4. Not sure about the weekend may be you get or not. 5. No time barrier for evening.

...afeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees.

Not satisfied this job. At the time of joining not given any training , not any job security , i had done work with co 2 year but not any appraisals. On local leval hard politics.. reporting manager and regional manager not given good support.
