The team and management is helpful. They are empathetic and are really concerned about you. They definitely wants the work to be done, however, they make sure that the employee is not having any issues while working. They listen for the concerns of the employees and try to do the best possible. The people are supportive.

Compensation is fine but hike is a bit slow.

The project i was part of, follows a good practice. Fully agile practice which is very good in todays fast paced requirement. Inspite of high pressure of timely delivery, there is no compromise on the quality and security of code.

Compensation is not as par to the standards. Sometimes work pressure is high. During appraisals the same repeated things managers will tell you that we are also bound to this if you are not satisfied with the ratings

Good work life balance and a very good working culture...can learn a lot if in a good projects.

Very less pay if campus hired...work not challenging enough.. sometimes too much work pressure because of poor management. Learning gets saturated after 1-2 months.
