Hire and fire is the ruling policy majorly for all branches. No company policy for appraisal and SOP.A complete autocrat company. One should not join this company if looking for a career. There is no professional qualified person in the management till now.

Our company overall great for us, because in this pendemic period company had support us we got our salary in time due to lockdown as per company rules every month of 1st day our salary deposited and it is great work good and friendly environment, all the teams members with our senior head all are support us the management is very good company policies is very good appraisal are fair and good salary hike every year with great diwali bonus, i thankful for my company and all seniors, all head's hr IT al all departments.
