Most of the manpower here is local so he shows his localty and all departments engineer, sr. Engineer Hr departments are local.

I like the way of checking quality of the parts made here.i also like innovative technology used in production and quality.And the ideas of the company to give zero defect to the customer is so good.

The point I dislike about company is no job security. Compensation is not satisfying.and there was no free transport.

Training period 2 days Salary growth what your management decided Do a same work for whole life like a robot Worst working environment They don't have feelings or care about employee. They force you to do work for 24 hours if they don't have enough manpower

There is nothing to like employees, management job security facilities.

...y you are not going to get a helmets if yours is stolen and wrist cover also. At start they tell you salary much higher but they are not giving it as same as you see on the advertisements. If anyone is reading this i suggest not to join there its not worth it.
