The projects are interesting , and it feels great to work with talented people. From scheduling the interview to onboarding in the company, I was so nervous during the interview process but the professionalism and process of the company were well designed and handled by the team, The best part about the company every day I learned something new that I never experienced before any organization. Every time I hear "The company is family & we all are a team" but honestly I never experienced it before in real-time in Candiclie I can say with full of my heart that "The company is family & we are a team". I never thought that there could be a corporate company that runs like how Candiclie does, it never felt like a corporate company rather it feels like a family to me. Candiclie is the best consultancy company that is oriented toward the team and always cares about each and everything, whether it's about mental health or helping their team to grow. Candiclie is always ready to serve better.

I have gone through the whole interview process which had a total of 3 round - 1 - HR interview Round - I was given the task and was introduced to the company. 2 - Task Review Round - After the 24 hours of given task my task was reviewed by the senior team member at the company. 3 - Final Interview Round - I had to give a code run through of my tasks and they also told about their work culture and a short brief about my role.

As for now the interview went very smooth and i don't have any dislikes.
