Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Cameron is one of the companies in Coimbatore which offers better salary and working environment. Office atmosphere is pleasant.

Dislikes

Employees opinion are not taken into consideration. HR policies are at the worst. They usually doesn't provide any benefit to the employees. Pay rise not given for past 3 years. In the current oil and gas market, job is not secure.

No job security. The only one company laid off the staffs at first at the pandemic situation. At the time they to give the chance to rejoin the company. But still no response from there
