Except learning nothing is good.Even though they make fool out of you.As promised salary never gets promised.If you want to enquire anything about your basics rights they always have excuses like if you want salary breakup or salary slip that will never be provided instead of it they start asking questions that why do you need them. No clarity about PF that how they are deducting and you will never get UAN no.

Harassment at top level.Explotation if you want to enquire anything. Opposing all the government laws and deducting salary according to their convenience.Fraud organisation.Nonethless they have no shame of using mails of the staff to get the review. Pressurized them to write the best reviews by making them sit in front of them. As i also became the victim of it.Even on Google reviews all the mails are of staff not of parents.. By the way one quality they do have that how to advertise themselves.

...s are very supportive. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

...about this institution. Working with cambridge was just waste of everything. They didn’t even gave any oth salary to for 7 months from the date lockdown started. They didn’t even responded for my calls. They don’t respect their employees work. And they dont behave well with them.

The management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is very less and work is so more. Their no canteen. Nor the teachers are allowed to get food from outside. Being a day boarding school there is a need of canteen. Career growth is zero. Supply of water is major issue. No water supply is there after 2pm. No water is there in washrooms. Sometimes in the morning only the water doesn’t come. Maids are very less. As they dont even give good salary to the maids. Even the maids are unsatisfactorily working with them. They even cut the salary of maids without letting them know. The maids they always cry and beg. But they dont listen.. this is the worst institution to work with.

I got an exposure to learn a lot of new things, new ways of teaching, connecting to students. A healthy training was provided.

Dislikes

Heavy work load. I didn't get time for myself even after the working hours.

The organisation has an extremely poor work culture. Teachers are treated poorly and disrespectfully by students as well as school authorities. Teachers do not get leaves even on national holidays. There is no appreciation or concerns shown towards the employee. No matter how unwell you are or whatever you are going through, you will not be given leaves.
