This company environment is very best for any employee.... There are very supportive upper management.

It's company almost is the best. But dislike point For new employee health insurance policy.. company benefits start after one year complete his/her job. It's disappointed thing.

Teammates are good. Only Cab facility is good.

Training is not good. Job is not secure. Career growth is not possible. Salary/appraisal is very low. There, whole company's management staff have politics for policy rule regulation.learning, work environment, innovation, work life balance is equal to nothing.

0% Job security, appraisal is as per mood of all rounder VP and provides below expected level of 0 to 10%, 0% work-life balance. Many companies came into existence after this and have grown geometrically but this company is still struggling to retain 200 to 300 people. You could get fired anytime. This ia tje first company where HR team is mostly unsecured. Many HR managers were fired along with floor managers too.
