Likes

Extremely challenging task with compulsory chief training to everyone including manager and support stiff. Quality control team is best as they make you get highest quality product. Chiefs were awesome as their way of checking kneaded dough put top baking industries on shame. The best part is that while training whatever mistake you commit during mixing or over kneading or even when you don't have spiral or modern mixing equipment they will teach you how get best result out of scrape, such a wonderful team. Best part you will trained with highly experienced team who have spend their whole life in this industries. They never trust on machine but experience which make this company stand out of the crowd. I attained many top baking company interviews and trail work, their supervisor chief even don't no how to differentiate kneaded and not-kneaded dough. Loved the company very much.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
