... why There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Careers growth, minimum salary, appraisal, senior Chef never noticed/motivational.due to not having any leadership skills or training of outlet chef, a newcomer will take so much time to handle a particular section

Nothing terrible company only buttering people can survive over their. They treat their co workers like a enemies.

They will not provide salary on time, even in pandemic condition of Corona the number of days you worked they didn’t even pay the salary.

the only problem is dealing between lots of people with their ego, attitude etc. otherwise it was a very good experience of working there.
