not a single person is cooperative. no increment, no bonus, no incentive even after working more then 2 years. not a single employee stay here more then 3-4 months. They create this type of situations that you leave the company or they put you in learning period and stop your growth because 6 months is provision period here.

Pathetic, from initiation till the end.So called IT sales is nothing but ITSHIT. Choose wise as the environment is Pathetic. Boot lickers are always welcome and appreciated in such organization. No strategy, so called owner or director is a lump of rubbish. Avoid such organizations.

Some colleagues are like family. Too much friendly. But the boss and some people are terrible. The boss don't even consider you as a human after the agreement.

Everything is worst. The worst work culture. Worst boss.
