They train you like how small birds are trained to fly, pushed off of the tree with the blindfolds on. If you survive you thrive, if not then they have other eggs to hatch. You learn a lot within a short span of time at the expense of your identity and personal life. If you don't you meet the fate of old yeller. The allegory is that, they hire freshers or clueless individuals, get the major projects done through the year, sometimes with buttering, sometimes with an iron fist, and after all of it if you stay you stay otherwise there is always someone to replace you.

Dislikes

They stand true to their name and treat you like cabbies. You are in there system to feed the fodder and that's it. You'll be no one on bad days and an 'educated labour' on the good days as one of the CS cared enough to comment so. HR is equivalent to their office furniture. Occasionally pain inducing and perpetually indifferent to your woes.

Likes

Compensation is on time but hr head behaviour is not professional so they will not inform you about delays if you have installments then for sure you will pay penalities.

Dislikes

Politics, hr team members are lier don't trust them, unprofessional behaviour, not following own policy, fake commitments, company will show you core values in papers only they are not following own core values. Liers will may be play with your career, one of the lady hr pretend you that she don't know anything bad happened with someone but she knows everything . Hr strategy they knows very well but in a sarcastic way . Salary is on time for sure they will not keep your money but sometimes the hr team will try to hold your money just because you are not giving importance to them . Be safe don't trust anyone if you want to work in this company and take everything timely and on papers otherwise they will spoil your career pretending like you have not performed so be careful from specially hr team
