This is my first company, so unable to have much experience in terms of other companies work environment but as whole it has good work culture, cooperative staff and good facilitations.

Dislikes

There we didn’t have any monthly increments policy even not having any kind of future securement. Also, there is bond of two year before which you cannot move or resign.

They force you to work like an idiot for them. Managers are so mean they don't know what is life. In covid they pressurized me like hell i resigned in depression after getting covid infected

As soon as government declared complete country lockdown they terminated half of the the staff within one week and on the releiving letter they didn't not mentioned any such reason which now is causing problem in further interviews. During lockdown I served one month notice period and they didn't provide laptop and internet for work the employee arranged that own their own and neither they reimburse for the same. An employee paid from his or her own pocket.

Dislikes

Hardwork and dedication are not appreciated in this company. There are no learning opportunities as there is not much work. Annual increment is still pending for employees who have been working there form past 1.5 years.
