Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

i am working with C3S BUSINESS SCHOOL from 2016 and it has been a wonderful experience for me. i have gained a lot of experience and have seen myself growing and becoming more professional everyday. learning something new from everyone. Management is ready to help the employees in every way. i have joined as a admin assistant and now i am a Marketing head where all the credit goes to my company , my management and my colleague who are always there to support me and yes of course my dedication and hard work too haha!

there is nothing that i dislike about my work place. i am way beyond happy. we must not forget that every company has there + and - points but it depends on us how we deal with and get the solution out of it so from me nothing that i dont like here.
