Very bad appreciation after doing great jobs achieving your targets and giving best customer service and work Productivity doing all other work which is good to company They underestimate each employees and at time of increments they will the postponed increments as usual and they will only do increments Rs.500 to 1000 per year very worst increments and after delaying increments for 8 month they will not give arrears to but nice working atmosphere but cheating all employees only it is luxury showroom for customer not for employees as I am working here past from 7 years they cheating staff worst for emply
