If you have a good manager you will learn alot from your Manager (not from company). Good company to start as a First Job but if you last more than a year you will become lazy here.

Too much politics, management clashes affects your career and salary and increment (which you get after almost begging). If you want just stick to your work, this is a good company. But if you want growth in career and compensation you MUST NOT join this company. My exp with HR is too bad. For every HR related work you have to ask your manager to interfere to get your work done. No professionalism.

Not sure about that because salary was very poor and incriment about salary very slowly so no satisfaction about this company no one growing myself for long time this company provided all facility about employees but no one can doing life time in that company so sorry
