Company doesn't follow any ethic or compliance , will not pay salary on time always crying on financial problem, not sure about getting F & F settlement and PF after resignation very bad experience with BVG INDIA LTD. Dislikes

..., mostly government projects are that's the reason your shift time is not fixed. Company given the salary every month of date 17th. Worst company, Worst management and very unprofessional manner for IT people. I suggest anyone can join this organization before checking everything.
