You'll need to find work to retain yourself in the company. No help from the highest position holder-even if you work hard you will be discouraged in every possible way. So better be careful with this one.

The management is worst, they don't give value to the working people. During the machine test fell terrible experience, the so called 'art director' so protective their way of work even in interview. Standing behind when the candidate perming their test, mis guided them. A huge communication gape between HR and Art Director..... dirty office politics I ever seen.
