I wish to alert about this company. This company delays salaries sometimes even for 2 months. Me and my other colleagues were not paid salaries for 2 months on account of no working capital, finally we left job without 2 months' pay. Later on it has become clear that Buyceps has history of this type of similar conduct in the past just to get free Labour. Some old staff who works there know this but won't reveal this to you. Company also owes lot of money to banks and vendors in the market. Pattern of this financial irresponsibility and disregard to contractual agreement raises significant concerns about the business partner's ethics and shows their incapability and failure to run a sustainable & profitable business. Employees and their families has to pay price for management's failures. I hope this input helps you make informed decision.
