Company members are good. Salary is on time. HR is supportive.

Company politics is so much as they destroy mental peace of a person. The CTO and the tech lead plays the worst politics they unite togther and make fun of other employees. They dont provide work to the employee if you dont support the politics they are playing. The company culture is good but CTO is making it worse.

The best part about working at Buopso is that there is no stress and you can enjoy your work while trying to give your best. There is ample time given to complete the tasks and the workflow is smooth and sensible. There's isn't much hierarchy in the company and the leadership is accessible and helpful. I enjoy the fact that there is no micromanagement either.

The best part is there's no sort of micromanaging culture. You can do your work at peace which helps in completing the tasks with full satisfaction and within deadline.

No such thing to dislike as the senior management is very supportive so every issue gets addressed in real-time.
