For the starter applicant from dealer to OEM, It is the best opportunity. You will get the better secure job from other MNC OEM company within 2years. It's best learning platform.

1. Politics 2. Demotivated Management 3. Will not pay the salary as per the OEM standard for the position. 4. Sales service is one team. 5. Very very poor HR team and their policies. They didn't know their own employees needs. 6. Service teams control is taken by sales team. They will give the instructions we need to do. Otherwise we will loss the job. 7. In front of the customers and the dealers, your head will always portrays us as a fool & not usefull person. So you won't get any respect from customers and dealers.

...erior and HR is very worst.. HR not selecting a right person for head Position.. 50 % to 60% Salary cut in covid situation.. My immediate head ask me to bike travel 250km /day during covid days(no transport) tour claimed Benefits far better..

Salary cut, no incentives, long bike travel upto 250km/day, no support from immediate head.. Blaming, politics, cornering... Lot negatives..

You can learn, but no career growth no employee benefits, not even PF benefits no esi benefits No insurance no training. You need to keep on working from 8 to 8 and all your works will not be considered. Credits will be given to those who are doing acting to top management
