No development in personal knowledge. They don't make you as permanent staff until 5years or more. Increment payable time would take atleast 1 1/2 years -2 for staff and Some times they don't give increment.they won't give el and cl for atleast until you became permanent one. Pf and ESI will be a doubt one.
