Team is good and managers are very supportive. We were given ownership of the the tasks and were given freedom to express opinions.

Leadership has lost clue on how to manage, they started laying off people and becoming less empathetic towards employees as days pass. They becoming more restrictve and work environment is becoming really unfriendly with the chance of layoffs at any mmoment

permanent work from home, except this there is nothing in this company

No perks, no recognition, people who are working only on slack and buttering will get promotion, managers not feel to know who are doing the work. if company have new projects, then forget about work life balance, and if there is no project they will lay-off. CEO seems to be a novice on how to run a company.

The CEO is a fraud. They hire and fire for timepass.

This firm will be shut down soon. No business value. They did two rounds of layoffs. Innocent employees who trusted their firm and came had to leave without ESOPs

Usual cons of a startup. As it claims to emulate a rocket ship, the execution pace leaves one gasping for breath with no work life balance. Even though one gets to network with the leading mentors of the world, the lack of processes will keep you in your toes as to from where the next unexpected work might pop up. The company will go places. It's just very difficult to keep up unless you have no focus in life other than work.
