More or less timely payment of salary, nothing else.

Dislikes

Lots change in last few years, the place turned to be horrible to work with ethics. They do not care for the employees, no meaning of permanent position here. They only care for incapable workers, no appraisal, too much workload pressure, poor behaviour from senior officials and office workers. If you have self respect you can not stay for a long here.

Likes

Salary is good. But there have not any job security. Learning environment and work environment is excellent.

Dislikes

The behavior of Prof.R.D.Shukla(Dean of the institute) is too bad. There are no job security. He give the chance for job to his relative person after interview. He enforce to the teacher for sack or resign from this institute without any reason.

Direct contact with the top management whenever there's any issue, very supportive.

Dislikes

One needs to motivate oneself as the environment may not be like corporate paced, do well and get praises from the Boss but One must make sure that the top management is in the loop for increment.

i have been working here since 2014 and my work experience in quite good. i could able to learn lots of thing here and still i am learning a lot from our institute. our management is very co operative with us. we feel here very homely.

Dislikes

we r still a devolving institute so our journey is very long. so i wish i will able to learn and get to know about my subject, our the profession and more necessarily about professional life.

The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.
