In my role as a CSA,in buddy I find great satisfaction in being able to assist and support customers. One of the things I appreciate most is the opportunity to directly interact with people and make a positive impact on their experience. I enjoy the challenge of understanding their needs and finding the best solutions to resolve any issues they may have.

Dislikes

While there aren't specific things that I dislike about working at buddy retail Pvt , I believe there are always opportunities for growth and improvement in any role. For example, in my current position, I find that managing tight deadlines can be challenging at times. However, I have learned to effectively prioritize tasks and seek support from my colleagues or supervisors when needed to ensure that I meet those deadlines.

Very poor management they don't give salary on time some time the delay 15 days. Employees have to work over there 12 hour and with very less salary. There no respect for employees. For salary always give excuse.

The Company management still not upgraded their thinking/Mentality about the working staff as still they are stuck on their old views/System/Culture/Way of working environment which is completely different as per service industry standards.

Dislikes

Compensation & Growth is too slow as there's no yearly/Timely Increments of Entire working team there's no other benefits like Medical insurance/Bonuses and other facilities like maternity leaves for Ladies staff while their Pregnancy period. There's no working timings of old staff as i have worked here for last 08 Years tenure with the company in different Operations but my colleagues got better opportunities and growth in same time after leaving Buddy Retail. I do receive many appreciation from the clients timely as per our performance for the brand for i was working for but the same we have not received from our own management for such performances so there's no proper appraisals/Promotions. There's no curricular activities no proper leave benefits no on job training for freshers/The existing team what they actually need for as a employee. There's only lots of work pressure for different concepts for different Rolls with proper responsibilities there's no personal relations maintain by the management with employees on their needs.
