Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Nothing as such, they don't keep up to their words, they boast alot about their company but actually they don't even have there own laptops and devices to provide to their employees, also there is no job security for you if you are working for them, they will fire you as soon as they face any crisis, irrespective of how long you have worked for them, that to on a short notice of 3 days, no policies for employees they are all one sided beneficiery, also the company is not even incorporated in India.

Dislikes

No concern for employees, Poor maintenance, zero facilities, no OT is given for extra working hours, financially weak, please think a 100 times before joining this company, I'm sure you will regret it later.
