Internal Politics is the worst at Brut. There are unsaid rules to everything and working with the top management and one has to keep on worrying all the time to not offend them even when you are doing your job exceedingly well. One would expect the values that an independent media organisation represents to be practiced within the company, but its ironic to see none of those values (authenticity, transparency, leading the change) are applied in internal work culture.
