Good work environment and culture. Teammate are highly supportive, policies are good, fair appraisal and bonus every year.

On job training are not sufficient, people are working on different payroll which phycologically makes differences among employees

Toxic work culture, highly unprofessional. Few people who have been in the company for more than 5 years are treating themselves the owner of the organisation and made the life terrible for new joiners.

You will learn a lot with the teams over here. Most of the leaders are from the big brands of the real estate industry. The company provides great sense of stability and opportunities to grow.

At times the processes are long and slow, which I think will become better with recent automation initiatives.

I find this organisation very flexible and employee friendly. There is scope of growth and learn new things. You can visit multiple offices and explore the opportunities it offers. Good place to be in.
