New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. no growth if one joins as executive he will executive for whole life also so salary benefits PF ESI only on 50% of salary rest salary given as cash , also too many officers managers in the company with hefty salary package who are illiterate regarding process No recognition for talent only gossipers are succeeded
