The people are great. There's a variety of clients. The work life balance is to die for. WFH is a privilege now only awarded to a few, but here you have it.

Dislikes

The work load gets a bit much some times since there's a resource shortage at any given point. But I think the management is proactively hiring all the time, so its a rare occurrence.

Management is poor. If you want to work as developer then don't join this company. They have project only in wordpress and manager haven't much knowledge about technologies.

Bright Brain has been nothing but supportive during the pandemic. Not only the bosses were genuinely caring towards the employees but also made sure they didn't deduct our salaries. We are infact working from home and everything has been running smoothly. looking forward to get back to work.

Only coulegue is supporting. infra is good

Only one Manager who is working as a technical head he don't have any kind of knowledge. He dislike new technologies because he afraid. Not capable to write simple code aslo without google. They are best in digital marketing but there is no scope for other technical person

Nothing to like here, its just a good place to start your career and leave as soon as a better opportunity comes along if you ever wish to grow.

Dislikes

there is no compensation for anything, you will have to plead for even a days leave, its terrible for creative people, they expect for you to work at any given time whenever the client calls, also there is no job training, managers do not value the individual strength of the employee, very less pay with no career growth at all and worst of all there is no appraisal process as such. FYI there is none facilities provided not even a lousy coffee machine.
