I have learnt good communication and among the team members and I have learnt multiple aspects on management level and I am very much happy to share my brigade experience to all.

Dislikes

It needs multiple training sections and the leader ship is not much I expected and they are few employees need much more training on pipeline and process

I was very lucky to work there because they are very few organizations those take fresher but disappointed with floor and the pipeline..

Dislikes

I was thought it's a international call center but once I reached there it was a domestic pipeline and the process was completely normal & the very dissatisfied matter with the salary & the appraisal..
