Easy and transparent environment. Lots of areas to explore. Higher management is very transparent. They will let you know if they love or hate you based on your performance. I liked that in technology department. Local management were kinda ok as usual Indian mindset, but I also found few good leadership when I was in Bangalore. Definitely a good company for starters and mid level.

Dislikes

Compensation and learning path could be improved. Sometimes lower ranked employees have to suffer the poor coordination of higher management. They can improve on that.

0% job security. Main problem is there no one to manage the company and take decision. Overall a worst experience I ever had.

Dislikes

They have no planing what to do in future. Simply waiting money unwanted raw materials.
